MyAbilities is a technology platform that delivers virtual solutions for injury prevention and return-to-work through cloud-based data analytics. Our connected ecosystem bridges the communication gaps between employers, payers, health providers and primary physicians.

Client Success Account Manager

Our Client Success Account Manager will focus on supporting our partner clients from onboarding through the partner lifecycle. This will include supporting the partner on product knowledge, product use and managing the sales process through to the end user of our B2B partners.

Details of the position:

  • Working with clients to support their onboarding of our SaaS services.
  • Working with clients to support ongoing sales and client engagement.
  • Providing clients with timely updates and information via phone calls and email; excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Personable and customer-focused with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Full-time, salary, bonus and stock options based on performance.
  • Work remotely.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Client management/Customer Service
  • Healthcare, Ergonomics background
  • College/University diploma
  • 4+ years customer service/inside sales experience
  • Experience within a Software as a Service environment an asset.
  • Experience with insurance claim management, return to work and an understanding of workers compensation Canada and US, will be given top consideration.
